Phinizy Swamp Nature Park is free and open to the public 365 days a year, roughly from dawn to dusk. The hours are 7AM – 7PM for October through March and 7AM – 8PM for April through September. Free parking is located at the Nature Park’s main entrance.

Savannah River Rapids is a great place to stop in and take in the beautiful views, check out the locks on the bridge, learn some local history, and maybe even end with a picnic. Be on the lookout for wildlife while at the Rapids.
